Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds when using our services on Procardy.com.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The withdrawal period:

Starts: From the date the service agreement is concluded.
Excludes: Cases where the service has already been fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you waive your right of withdrawal.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:

You must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to: info@procardy.com.
You may also use the standard EU withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

2. Refund Conditions

If you cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period and the service has not yet been performed, you will receive a full refund.
If the service has been partially performed, a proportional refund will be issued based on the services already provided.
If the service was fully delivered with your explicit consent, no refund is due.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

If the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and with your prior explicit consent.
Digital services provided immediately after purchase where you have acknowledged losing your right to withdraw.
